ARCA – the Association for Research into Crimes against Art – is a research and outreach organisation that works to promote the study and research of art crime and cultural heritage protection. ARCA seeks to identify emerging and under-examined trends related to this field of study as well as to develop strategies to advocate for the responsible stewardship of our collective artistic and archaeological heritage.
ARCA runs two academic courses in the beautiful town of Amelia, Italy.
- A postgraduate certificate program in the study of art crime and cultural heritage protection
- A 5-day course on Provenance Research, Theory and Practice
It also hosts an annual conference in Amelia, which is an amazing opportunity to learn and network with experts from around the world.
